Ready to love your skin again?
Aging skin suffers from slowed collagen production, contributing to wrinkles, uneven skin tone, age spots, and other signs of aging. Skin Tyte treatments consistently and predictably improve the visible appearance of the skin with no down time and may be used over any area of the body that is aged or sun damaged.
Skin Tyte can be used to treat:
- Fine facial lines and wrinkling
- Erythema (red) skin
- Flushed skin patches
- Acne scarring
- Telangiectasia hyperpigmentation
Often we will use Skin Tyte in combination with chemical peel treatments, BOTOX injections, or dermal fillers for maximum results.
How does Skin Tyte work?
Skin Tyte uses safe broadband infrared light energy and advanced skin cooling technology to comfortably deliver heat below the skin’s surface for increased tissue tightening and reduced skin laxity (sagging). Skin Tyte This ground-breaking treatment selectively heats the dermal collagen deep in your skin while at the same time cooling the epidermis (outer layer of skin) prior-to, during, and after treatment, reducing pain and minimizing internal thermal injury to adjacent skin structures.
Does Skin Tyte hurt?
Skin Tyte is a is a series of gentle and safe pulsed infrared light energy treatments. Some patients have compared the feeling to a rubber band snapping the skin. For patients who are more sensitive, we offer numbing cream. Numbing cream is applied topically and takes about 15 minutes to work.
What should I expect after Skin Tyte?
Most patients experience minimal facial swelling or a flushed look for the first day after treatment. Makeup can safely be applied to minimize any redness. Applying cold compresses/ice to treatment areas may help with any post-treatment pain or swelling.
How many Skin Tyte treatments will I need?
Most patients report feeling tighter skin after just one treatment, but optimal results typically occur over three to six months. On average, patients require 3 treatments spaced one month apart. Because each patient’s skin and desired outcome is different, Dr. Purewal will work with you to customize the number of treatments you will need.
